What a find! Poppy Barn was a real home away from home. The spacious and comfortable cottage had everything we needed for a self-catering stay, including a well-equipped kitchen. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The cottage was beautifully decorated with high-quality furnishings throughout. We also loved the big and sunny private courtyard, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Easy parking was an added bonus. The location in a peaceful village close to the coast was delightful. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return to Poppy Barn. Highly recommended.

A real home from home. Very comfortable indeed with a kitchen that has everything you need to self cater. The photos don’t really do it justice as it is much more spacious than you would imagine with a big, sunny and private courtyard and easy parking. Set in a beautiful, peaceful brick and flint village within easy reach of the coast. Extremely comfy bed and high-quality furnishings throughout. Will definitely be requesting to stay again and would highly recommend.

The mezzanine level with a supremely comfortable bed and a small shower room was a delight. The cottage was spotlessly clean and equipped with electronically operated curtains and roof windows. The welcome pack, complete with food, milk, fresh apple juice. The peaceful location on the edge of a village made for a serene stay.

our recent stay at the barn in holt was even better than last time. everything was so well equipped and comfortable, and the welcome provisions really helped us settle in. we loved the beautifully converted and furnished space, especially the courtyard where we enjoyed meals in the lovely weather. it's in a peaceful location on the edge of the village, and having dedicated parking was a bonus.
